We had an absolutely awful experience with the rentals arm.We were not told of changes owner responsibilities, only one inspection was conducted (in 12 months) and the house+yard was a mess when the tenant left. Ray White failed to communicate effectively during the entire period and completely ghosted us at the end of rental.Can not recommend this company.

Our property manager, Tanya Kilpatrick, has helped us resolve all the issues we encountered regarding the property, especially in special situations such as dealing with neighbor-invested tenants and property losses. She actively assists me in communication and coordination. With her presence, even though we are far away in Sydney, we have great confidence in our house in Hobart. We are grateful for her dedication to managing our property.

Shenna is my property manager and is such a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been with her for a few years now (even followed her from previous businesses) She is genuine, friendly and has her client’s interests at heart at all times. I like being able to deal with one person only, not several from different departments. I would completely recommend TG Newton, particularly Shenna to anyone needing their expertise.
