Amazing service. Had years of hamstring and lower back problems that had been treated from a variety of disciplines and practitioners before. James’ focused on strength rather than treatment. Was cool to be doing strength exercises next to Melbourne Storm stars. Great gym facilities helped too. Now running better than ever and continuing the program at home. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in (my own referral) for an initial assessment and diagnosis of a recurring hamstring strain. After my initial consultation ($270) lasting 10 minutes with limited analysis, I was sent for a scan ($380) that was later followed by another 5 minute($150) consultation- only to be told by the Dr that my injury was broad and complex, and I could go home and do some strength conditioning work with 3-4 months rest from sport. I then had to practically beg the Dr to write out my scan assessment notes, and really had to push him for any recommendations on what I could do to assist my injury. He said “go and see your physio for his advice”. What an absolute waste of my time and money. I was left with no formal assessment of diagnosis or direction for my injury, and only terrible bed side manner. I’d suggest rethinking this clinic if you have a similar injury or not a professional athlete, they don’t seem to want to assist or rehab the common folk.

I'm sure this place is fantastic for sports medicine based on the other reviews, but DO NOT go here for your aviation medical certificate renewal. The doctor clearly had very little experience. He wasted my time with a pointless second appointment and neglected to send my test results to CASA, meaning I had to chase it up myself when my new certificate didn't arrive. Definitely not worth your time and money.

My experience with the staff and Dr Bloom have been nothing short of exemplary. They were accommodating of my different circumstances and fit a treatment around my needs, which elicited a wonderful outcome.

For someone who injures themselves a lot, I know I’ve always got the best Physio’s waiting for me. James always gets me back to full health. He has so much knowledge and helps you understand exactly what is going on. I know I’m getting the best treatment when I’m there. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Had referral for cortisone, yes we can book you for that, no worries.Day of appointment. NO we want you to go for a CT scan.We aren't giving you a cortisone injection that will be 280+ dollars thanksIf I could give less than 1 star I would

Extremely professional yet friendly Physio’s who are experts at what they do.Came to James with bad hip and lower back pain (which I had for around 2-3 years). After a 6 week program I have my full range of motion back and I can actually run again.James is highly experienced and knows what he is doing for real. Answered every question I had and I couldn’t recommend their service enough!

Reception staff were very helpful when making my appointment. The physios were very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me recovery from several injuries. I would highly recommended.
