Amazing French delights. The team are super friendly and ambience makes you want to stay longer and try more! Highly recommend the Madeleine’s.

As to my humble, very personal experience, this is the best Madeline, the best Pain au Chocolat, and the best Caneles in Sydney. For the first bite of Canele, it gives complicated but clear tastes of sweet, caremel, vanilla and cream. You will never ask any more from a perfect canele. Pain au chocolat is such a surprise, the structure and materials are so good, easy to tell. We travelled from Canberra to Freshwater but Sacrebleu makes all 600km so worthy. And the yound lady in front is so nice and elegant. The only pity is that we haven't ordered more, but there must be so many next times. Strongly recommend to all who love French sweets!

Ever since I tried the ham and cheese sandwich I had been back every weekend. I’ve tried many of their desserts and different treats and I must say there are all delicious. It’s a good place to grab a box of assorted sweets to bring to dinner parties as well and the staff is always very friendly.

Buttery, asymmetric croissants with well developed ears and the ‘shortbread-like’ layers you get in Paris instead of the dry, thin layers you often find in Australia. Can benefit from being heated up in the oven. Slightly less sweet than other plain croissants.Highly recommend.

Great bakery. Love their madeleines, baguettes and meringues.

They bake the best baguette in Sydney. Chocolatines are great. Looking forward to having the shop open more days and offering more French patisseries

These Canelés are amongst the best I've ever had. Plenty of tasty treats to enjoy and friendly service.

I definitely recommend Sacrebleu. All the desserts are delicious and it feels like France.So great to have a place like that in Freshwater!

Beautiful & delicious treats (not only the Caneles). Sacrebleu has now a range of products that are all worth a try.We asked Cecile & Adrien to take care of our wedding dessert and they did an amazing job with a superb piece montee" of caneles and madeleines. Everybody was loving it and asking for more!One of my Aussie friend said she had tried some caneles in France prior but those were definitely better...
