Friend and I went in and as soon as we entered the sales associates went out back into their staff room to chat and completely ignored us. We found what we wanted and waited at the counter for a couple of minutes and nobody was around to serve us. We had to go around through the dressing rooms to their staff room to get their attention. Sales assistant seemed annoyed that we interrupted their conversation and was rude when serving us. No apology for the wait and did the bare minimum during the sale. If I treated a customer like that I would be written up for it. I know retail is boring but you could at least do your job.

Terrible customer service.went in the other day two staff members didnt even acknowledge me and just gossiped about people and other staff right in front of me!extremely rude and unprofessional.one was a new staff member! shouldnt have hired her!

I went to the store with my daughter as she had birthday money to spend only to be told they arent taking cash. I didn't have my card on me. So i was going to duck back before i started work at 10 only to get all the way there to find out they only open at 10. Now i have to rush around after school to make it back before they close at 4 so she isnt dissapointed again.
