Wilson Personal Trainer - Strength, mobility, weight loss.
Wilson allowed me to gain more strength and focus in training. Great approach to various training exercises and always listening. He knows how to push you without forcing, which I really appreciate in a personal trainer. I am fitter, and thanks to his advice, I also balanced my diet in a more appropriate way, which is always a win-win!!! I highly recommend Wilson Luiz as a Personal Trainer.

Very accommodating trainer. I do casual sessions with him, given I travel lots. Really kind guy, comes prepared to sessions and is encouraging without being pushy. Great to have someone local to keep me on my fitness journey. Thanks Wilson! :)

Wilson Personal Trainer - Strength, mobility, weight loss.
Wilson is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and strives to work hard with you to reach your health and fitness goals. He puts together interesting yet challenging workouts each session including box fit, HIIT and weight lifting activities. I always walk away feeling more confident and strong at the end of each of my sessions.His ‘office’ in Sydney Park is a great site with plenty of room and easily accessible for locals and drivers as there is a free car park onsite. Wilson also does that extra bit to ensure you feel COVID safe too, wearing a mask and providing hand sanitizer. I strongly recommend getting in touch!

Wilson is an awesome PT - super engaging and professional and he pushes you in every session to keep you motivated. I've made heaps of progress over the last year training with him. Definitely recommend if you're looking for one-on-one training sessions.

Wilson is a great motivator, extremely observant and constantly tailoring the workout to my specific needs based on my age/strength/flexibility. Thus avoiding the possibility of any injury and enhancing the benefits of the workout routine, plus he’s always making it fun and enjoyable. I can see my body responding to the workout in no time!

I specifically asked Wilson to tailor my workouts to improve my tennis and volleyball skills. He did so. I also love the fact that he plans with a lot of variety involved. This is what keeps me happy, interested and motivated. He is personable and approachable, and I would.recommend him to anyone.

I have been working with Wilson pretty intensively for about a month. He really works you out hard, has a lot of variety in his workouts and uses some great equipment.One day it is boxing, then it is weights, then it is kettlebell, then it is HIIT.I have noticed an improvement in my body and an enjoying my training with him. Wilson Personal Trainer - Strength, mobility, weight loss.
I have been seeing Wilson as a personal trainer for a few months. Wilson worked with my cardiologist to get me back to working out after bypass surgery. He checks with me regularly to ensure I am not overdoing it yet pushes me to improve, a fine balance he works well. I have noticed change in only a few months and will continue working with Wilson in the future. Wilson is professional and makes the exercising fun and I recommend Wilson if you are serious about getting fit.
