Melton Library & Learning Hub

A fantastic place to go to.Beautifully made, well lit space with lots of colour and are.Everything is well organized.Staff are ever ready to help and always with a smile.Can work off the internet, have council enquiries done, hold meetings / conferences.

Michelle Lapsley the coordinator from the customer service team is extremely rude and condescending over the phone. She constantly cuts you off when speaking over the phone. Unpleasant experience dealing with her.

A great library. Excellent place to go to. Easy to get by public transport or driving.Great for kids too with a children's area downstairs.Also cafe and outdoor seating on ground floor.Quieter upstairs with computers and study tables and more.Highly recommend to friends and family they have beautiful people working there also to help anyone with any questions.

There is a nice area for kids at ground level. The toddler time activity is great. There are a decent amount of computers at ground level and a few upstairs even some computer available for ancestry (genealogy searches). There is a parents room, Maternal health nurses and you can see people from Melton Council as well. It's a good place to get work done. Printing is available through the computers and you can print through wifi. Download the library app so you don't have to worry about losing your card. You can keep track of what you have loaned and loan audiobooks and ebooks as well.

Its Been quite a while since l have been into the library it's absolutely fantastic, so bright and airy, love the coffee shop on the ground level, great place to sit, read , and enjoy a coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful..
