Never again. If you think purchasing Australian products mean you will get good service and spare parts think again. All I needed was a bypass cover for my laundry tub. If I wanted one I had to purchase a complete bypass kit even though Oliveri have the parts and make up the kits here in Australia so they have a containers of these covers.

Below par quality. Nothing but trouble from the day my very expensive sink & tap was installed. Of course the company claims my issues are not covered by warranty. Please don't bother with this overpriced company.

Wanted to support Australian products but we are left disappointed with the quality. Whilst they have a good range to choose from, the material scratches so easily with normal dish washing activity - making it look old and worn pretty much instantly.

We purchased two Oliveri Mito Right Angle Brushed Mixer Taps (MT0039B) for $600 each – one from Reece and one from Harvey Norman as part of our recent renovation. They looked amazing but within a day we knew we had made an expensive mistake. The high drop of the water means that water constantly splashes everywhere. Essentially these taps are not fit for purpose. They look great, but they don’t do the job. Within two week the plumber was back and we’re now putting the taps on Gumtree. We were basically told it’s a case of buyer beware. So future buyers – beware!

Recently we had a new single sink with double drain installed. At first glance it looked wonderful but on closer inspection later we found that it was severely scratched. We mentioned this to our cabinet maker who made and installed our new kitchen. He advised us to contact the General Manager and gave us his mobile phone number. We chose to contact Oliveri Sinks and the lady that took my wife's call was most unhelpful and said that the stainless steel sink will scratch and to use Jif cleaner which we have tried and it doesn't remove scratches. Your brand was highly recommended but on what we have seen we would not recommend to any of our friends. Very disappointed as it has left our complete kitchen renovation excitement abit flat.
