Absolute disgrace..booked in to get rear axle bearings replaced..was quoted a price..once in there and they inspected the job they found the rotors and pads needed replacing..I was told there would be no extra labour charge because these items had to be removed anywayApart from the parts being overpriced..for example: rotors from Volvo $441Rotors from multispares $250They overcharged me more than $1000 for the quoted job and then charged me an extra$510 labour to replace the brakes..Company man Matt in reception seems to more interested making profit for his master's..and is probably on a bonus system..Than actually looking after clients with transparency, honesty and integrity..
