Fantastic experience !We wanted a table for 8 last minute and we were told that they were booked for a private event. But they called back and said they would accommodate us. We are so glad they did as it was Saturday and all other places were booked. The food is fantastic. The owner looked after us himself. It was a fun night as the event had a band playing. Food, drinks, service are all excellent.I ate the pan fried Salmon and it was cooked to perfection.

We were there last Saturday at around 6:30 pm and ordered some pizzas. They literally took 90 min to bring the order. So disappointed with such a long wait. Should have been told prior when we ordered about the wait times. Finally, when we received the order. ahh they were undercookedWouldn't recommend this place

Came here tonight with 4 other guests and all of us we're impressed by the wonderful service and even better food from Elevation 423. Being a Thursday night, they have a Parma special for $25 with a variety of Parma's served with chips and salad, plus a house drink. 4 of us got the Parma's and all of us were impressed by the quality of it. Highly recommend if you're visiting Marysville.

Great food!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had the meatlovers parma and the lot pizza, it was soo delicious. We had such a good experience, we ended up being the last ones to leave. Looking forward to coming back.

Worst Experience, we came here again expecting that the place would still be the same but we were wrong. Since we arrived during a busy time we were asked to wait outside which we did, but after waiting for 30 mins there were a couple of tables empty to which we had asked the lady to get us inside due to the weather being cold to which she said she will get the table ready in 5 mins. Again after waiting for 10 mins she didn’t let us in. I guess this was because our group was brown skinned. People coming after us getting their food and leaving made it more evident about the racism here. Will definitely not be coming here again ever.

Service was absolutely appalling I wish there was a rating lower than one star the entrees took over 1hr to come and as for the meals they have not even come at the time of writing this, there is hardly any people in here as far as customers and they can’t even slam 4 pizzas in an oven, they were not over complicated either they were just some simple pizzas for 5 people the staff kept reassuring us that the food would be out shortly but never came, honestly not even that mad at this point just extremely disappointed in the lack of skill this business has, would not recommend ever biggest waste of time especially when they have already put you under pressure that they have limited availability and the tables are booked so we will have to eat quickly. Very very disappointing

Absolutely appalling, booked through their messenger for 6.30pm. Arrived to find that my booking wasn't there there and they didn't know where to seat us, finally found a table. Forgot about us for about 10 mins with no menus, waitress came and asked what we like to drink? And she realised we didn't have any menus. We then ordered and then we had to ask when our food is coming as it's been until 7.15pm (an hr, Since ordering). Partner ordered a Mexican pizza which barley had any toppings on it (stingy much) and I ordered the chicken Parma and wow the chicken was dry, no Napoli sauce whatsoever and they wanted to give me some extra seasoning with a HAIR!!!If you want to wait over an hr for food come here. Took yonks because they only have like 3 people working, 1 waitress, 1 cook and 1 bartender. Seriously never again coming here!

Greg and staff are very friendly and accommodating at Elevation 423. With a simple menu of fish and chips, parmas and pizzas it's easy to decide on what to eat. My husband had a succulent hot and spicy parma. My son had the kids parma, both parmas had a crunchy and tasty crust. I had a delicious pizza that was a half and half my only regret is not getting a full ratatouille pizza as it was so yummy and the flavours were wonderful. Would recommend and attend again.

My recent visit to Elevation 423 was incredibly disappointing and hurtful due to the racist treatment we received. The staff showed disrespect and made us feel unwelcome because of our ethnicity. I strongly advise avoiding Elevation 423, a restaurant that promotes discrimination.
