We totally reject Denny Colt's review. We have no Denny Colt as a customer on our books so we suspect this is a competitor or disgruntled customer who has posted an anonymous complaint. If this was a genuine customer we would obviously address any issues and seek to resolve rather than hide behind Google reviews to try to distort our professional standings. We suspect who this complainant is and why they have chosen to hide their identity. They have rejected a shipment, changed their minds on what they want and now are holding us to ransom with a bad review and will not remove unless we supply what they want. Totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I ordered a box to make a time capsule on my wedding day. I was worried it wouldn't come in time, but it actually arrived much earlier than expected. The box itself is gorgeous. It's exactly what I had in mind. The engraving is beautiful. The natural wood grain is so cute. I love their latch. It has such an antique look. It was such a lovely purchase. I'll definitely go back to them for any wooden no needs that may arise in the future.
