Joined, no investments, just losses, then got harassed , always calling me for some silly reason, went to sort my health insurance through them, they harassed my doctor surgery, I told them I work nightshift some weeks and they didn’t take note of that. Calling and calling, To me it’s all a scam. Gone with Australian super, much better.

Be very careful, hilariously fake reviews, using words they don't know the meaning of, pretending to not know well known Super companies and transfer you to all these different experts". The whole thing screams SCAM. Also

Just had my review phone call for the last year. I've always been very happy with the service from SAA. Super growth of 12%. I appreciate the personal check ins and updates. Life is busy and having these guys call me, gives me the chance to see where my super is up to and make sure everything I have in place is still suiting my needs. Thanks for providing a good service.

Had a great phone call today from the team. Was very smooth and both Thea and Harley were polite and professional. As a customer I felt empowered and respected. All my questions answered with ease and the recommendations were carefully thought out with my requirements in mind. Very happy. Great work team.

Their customer service is great, but I feel like it was all a scam. After moving my super over (which cost me around $8k) I stayed with them for about a year and did not gain ANY returns. Appreciate COVID had a part to play, how after moving to another super funds, I’m seeing better returns already in 2 months.

Experienced only losses for the last two years, I appreciate I opted for a high risk investment portfolio which does carry some risk, however they admitted to being off the mark and delayed shifting funds around to reduce risk of loss during covid, ukraine and so on, I asked what is their plan to weather ongoing storms such as inflation and market volitility and they had no answer. Service price is high with little to no return, I asked for their performance review and still waiting. I asked if a dedicated financial planner was looking after my account and they said they bulk push everyones investments through a board meeting decision. I asked for information on their future forecasting / projections to see if based on performance I can reach where I need to be by retirement age. They said they would send something and didn't. They said they would assess my income protection levels needed and get back to me and still waiting more than 2 months. Honestly just another excuse to take your hard earned super without an actual strategy or dedicated financial planner assigned who assesses the whole situation. They upsell multiple products without acknowledging that you want a full spectrum review of your whole financial portfolio, of assets, what you need at retirement, income protection, and they don't regularly touch base to advise on anything. Get a call once a year asking to resign on again, no proactivity in their dealings with clients. Going to be shifting funds out very soon. Enough sales pitches without results or accountability or proper financial advice.

Brittany was absolutely incredible in every way! She provided me with outstanding customer service in every way! She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, easy to understand, never made me feel awkward or bad for asking as many questions as I did. I truly appreciate this standard of customer service. This lady deserves a gold medal (and no I do not know who she is in any way) but felt it was more than deserving to leave this review.
