I truly wish this was positive feedback as I would have loved to choose Enrights for our house move. As a long-established local company, on paper they're the kind of company I want to support. However, when I called to arrange our move Gary was insulting and unprofessional. When I emailed him to explain why I wouldn't be using their services hoping for an apology (so that I wouldn't feel obligated to leave this review to save other women from his nastiness) or at least an excuse (maybe he was having a bad day?), he continued his antagonistic approach. Very disappointing.

We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Ben, John and Brian. Two moves: the first taking everything out of our sold house into two shipping containers in a nearby field (in the rain) and the second taking everything back out of the shipping containers and into the new house 18 months later. Nothing was a problem, advice was offered where extra protection was necessary and special care was provided to protect some items. They were friendly, good humoured and consultative at all times. Just good service and good value and we highly recommend this team.

We have used the Enrights twice to move house in the last 12 months and their service was, in all aspects, first class! What an amazing team! Gary, John, Brian and Ben are all personable yet efficient, work cleanly and carefully, and each has a lovely sense of humour besides. There is not any element of our experience that we would change, and we would highly recommend Enrights to all of our friends J&B.

We used Gary and his great team on 3 occasions over a 6 month period to do two full house contents shifts and found them to be both friendly and very professional with every aspect of the process. They took great care in packing fragile items and were extremely careful when moving large or difficult items into the homes without damage. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We paid $480 to have a piano moved from Maleny to Beerburrum. Piano was damaged in transit. When we complained to the business owner he became abusive and hung up the phone! Do not trust your valued possessions with these movers!
