I have ordered couple of times from here and every time they delivered poor quality food. I also complained to the manager last time about the food and they assured us quality next time we order. Today, it is still the same, very poor quality pizza. It was stuck to the box, sauces were running out and it was the first time i saw pizza with no slices. I had to throw it in the bin and ordered again from other place. I seriously did not want to say anything about it but it completely ruined our dinner. I would suggest to not order from them if it still goes on.

Merry Christmas dominos Kwinana. Thank you for following through with our order.. we were called to let us know our order could not be fulfilled on boxing Day. But we told the staff that we were happy to wait and that we had been drinking. They said they could get to us in 1.5 hours.. we were more than happy to wait and the pizza came extremely fresh and before the time they told us. We left a generous tip. Merry Christmas to all staff working the public holidays.. we appreciate you

We ordered pizzas about 2 weeks ago the service and the topping was great but the base of the pizzas were not cooked .I phoned Kwinana Domino’s and asked for voucher next order for the one I tried the other one I Never tried at the time as it wasn’t mine after going back and forward to the manager the girl said they can only refund 2 pieces I had not eaten nor would I the rest of the pizza turned out the other one wasn’t cooked on base either.Very disappointed as we have been having Dominoes for about 30 years but no more.I also put a complaint into Dominos online but received no reply.We’re is customer service now .

worse pizzas .. when you order more then 3 pizza they always forget one of the pizza to make. Rude manager. As Franchisor dominos should check with the store. the quality checker machine is not useful at all...

Pizza is well made and delivery is prompt. Owner seems to care about the quality and consistency of the food (much better than other franchise locations that will remain unnamed)

Ordered on app. App kept saying network connection unstable and it has been stuck on ready in store for over half an hour. Called the store, on hold for 5 mins then hung up on.Unsure if im going to end up with hour-old pizza or if its about to miraculously appear

A complete failure of a pizza store.Ordered 3 pizza's, a Pepsi and a garlic bread at around 6pm for delivery. 8pm and I see that my order has finally been changed ready in store I call them to see when it will be delivery and the worker said very soon" an additional 30 minutes later and the order still has not arrived. So my house mate go's down to pick it up just to be told that the order was actually never ready.The only saving grace of this location is they managed to double refund my order. At least the incompetence of the staff managed get me free dinner at the Hungry Jack's next door.Avoiding this store and go to the Pizza Hut around the corner."

Very poor service. My order was extremely delayed and the person responded over the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic. I asked for a refund and he mentioned it’ll take one week to hit my account. Absolutely shocking customer service. Domino’s please train your staff with basic customer service and common sense. I will not be buying your food ever again.

We received the wrong order. We told Domino‘x and when I asked what happens to the pizzas now? Because the kids had eaten some, we were told don’t worry, they will come back to the store.Later we received an abusive call from the manager, yelling at us for his mistake. He even said that he had to make 2 fresh pizzas! 2 out of 7, that means that they were recycled!How disgusting!
