10/10 SERVICE,PRICE AND QUALITY FROM JAMES @ COASTAL CARTRIDGES WOULD NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!I called James today enquiring about buying a new cartridge for my computer after calling numerous places and them telling me i had to buy brand new ones. Im no tech wizard so i was blind to the fact that they could be refilledi spoke to james and he told me they could be refilled so i took my cartridge in and he refilled it and sealed like a brand new one all in th space of about 5 minutes along wih giving me further advice on how to install and calibrate it.I got home and was still unsure on how to fix and calibrate the printer with the new cartridge i called James and he was more then happy to run me through the process over the phone step by step as i was doing itAll in all i cannot RECOMMEND COASTAL CARTRIDES & JAMES enough the process was promt very fast and he helped me get my printer back up and running10/10 service10/10 quality10/10 priceall around james was a awesome person to deal with being someone whos not the best with pritners and James saved the day! Although my problem has not been resolved, due to cost-effective issues。I would recommend this store to everyone.The owner of this shop is very enthusiastic, but I think he needs to be more careful when observing the model, LOL
