Too expensive with price constantly changing. Men’s toilets were ridiculously dirty. Was told to use my partner’s card as they had none left.Terrible experience and definitely never going back.

Amazing gym and community. Love the floor space and the classes are so much fun and very helpful. Always clean equipment and facilities and helpful trainers and staff. Highly recommend this fantastic gym.

Plenty of equipment and barbell racks to use. Not at all overcrowded equipment. I love that there is a big space for free weight training, stretching ect. and I love that they include a free class for kids to get involved in. The creche ladies seem lovely too and creche is not very expensive either. Loads of lockers, spacious bathrooms so no one is on top of each other. Great community and vibe. Overall couldn't be happier with this facility and highly impressed.

Great facility, big and spacious, lots of equipment choices, outside of extreme peak times plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Gym membership was terminated for unknown reasons was given no notice of the termination, would appreciate an email or phone number ect to discuss the reason of termination

After long 8 years I joined Surge and I was treated super good. Zac Grieco was amazing, he was very patient with me, he didn’t push me to sign a contract, he gave me lots of options and he did the best deal for me. I’m super happy. Also would like to say that the creche is amazing, the staff are very friendly and always happy! My daughter is been very well at the creche while I train. Thank you Surge for an amazing support

Gym like no other. So spaced out and all inclusive in one price. Plus cheapest creche I have seen (mini play centre). Great for parents with multiple young children and kids that like to be entertained.Zac was really helpful and answered all of my questions (sometimes more than once). We got a whole indept tour of the gym whilst our kids were looked after by their friendly creche staff. We felt soo supported and happy with our decision to join surge fitness

Amazing gym!To cut a very long story short I haven't had the best experience with gyms in the past. After speaking to Zack at Surge Butler, he showed me around and really had me feeling welcome. He went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions and organise a membership that worked for me without trying to sell me stuff, clearly he is about actually helping people and not just trying to make a quick buck.About the gym itself, everyone is friendly, there isn't a massive wall of mirrors and the environment is really calming and positive. As a larger person trying to get healthy I usually feel intimidated in gyms but not here, it is really welcoming and every staff member I have met has been friendly and amazing at answering questions.I will recommend this gym to anyone who's wanting a nice environment to work out in with amazing facilities (sauna, steam room, massive change rooms and good quality gym equipment that is easy to understand how to use)
