Communication was consistent. Before I sent them my shoes, I asked a few questions and they answered it patiently. And while they are working on it, can’t help myself to ask any updates and they never failed me. They will give you updates and even threw in a new lace with it. Suede on my SB Dunks was brought back to life, like new. Highly recommend Sam and the boys.

I bought three pairs of shoes - one Golden Goose and two others to be fixed. The repair work done on my Golden Goose shoes was absolutely amazing. The quality of the repair work was so incredible that I felt the need to share my experience with others. In my opinion, this is the best shoe repair/sneaker repair shop in the Eastern suburbs. I am extremely happy that they were able to extend the life of my shoes, which I thought would have to be thrown out as no one could fix them.

Bruce did an incredible job fixing a pair of leather dress sneakers and two pairs of leather boots. I was literally about to throw out all 3 pairs which was going to be devastating as they were all expensive...he gave me back what feels like 3 new pairs of shoes ! Couldn't he happier, thanks Bruce, you're the man !

Highly recommend!Got my brand new pair of shoes (NIKE TN) soaked into the mud right after the purchase. I was told I might not get the best result but they did a fantastic job and now I can wear them again!The Customer service was also at top level.

My new go-to place for designer shoe repairs and cleaning. Impressive level of customer service and honesty!I wasn't too happy with the initial result so I dropped them an email about this. Not only did they respond quickly, but they immediately sorted it out, express posted my shoes free of charge and offered me a refund! It's clear they hold themselved to a very high standard, so I know I can trust them with all my future shoe repair/cleaning needs.Thanks again Samuel!
