I bought something in their shop in a shopping centre. Next morning I tried to exchange it for something else, more expensive. They said they needed to contact the owner of these shops and I had to wait. After waiting for a half an hour, I was told that the owner refused to to exchange or have it returned, though it was in all packaging and nobody mentioned when I was buying it that it could not be exchanged or returned. Will never buy again.

There products look great online but I ordered 6 days ago I still haven’t received a dispatch order. Still waiting for my products. Hopefully I hear something soon.

Worst customer service. Ordered over 7 days ago, the order has still not shipped. Emailed 3 days ago to ask for order status, still no reply. Rang one day ago, no one attended phone call. No call return. Feeling like scam, not a well-known children's brand. Will cancel my order but will I get my money back?

Bobble Art sell cute, good quality products, but our woeful customer service experience mirrors Chantelle's below. 6 working days to dispatch our order. Factor in likely delivery timeframes and we're looking at 8 working days total!We ordered items from eBay on Friday evening and we received those today. I also placed an order from Amazon US on the same day I placed the Bobble Art order and we're due to receive that tomorrow. If Amazon can ship from the US in less time you can from VIC, why would anyone bother to shop with you? What happened to 48 hours in busier times"?I'm going to guess why so many Bobble Art stores closed in such a short time. It's not your sales staff slacking off sales. It's not retail market conditions. It's not external factors like interest rates. Like 99% of Aussie retailers

I absolutely love Bobble Art! Just received my parcel and love everything. Have been buying from Bobble Art for years and so glad to see it around more again. My kids love the designs and the quality is unbeatable. Definitely recommend their products :)

Worst customer service!!After 6 working days I still had not received any notification my order had been shipped and as it says on there website “We aim to dispatch orders with 24hrs although in busier times this may increase to 48hrs.” I was not happy as I needed my order for a birthday present.As it also states on their website “In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call us. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our return policy”I emailed asked for my order to be cancelled 3 times, then made a phone call to which she said “I’ll look into it and if it hasn’t been posted I’ll organise for it to be cancelled” I did not receive a phone call back or an email reply. I then emailed another 2 times and surprise surprise no reply!So even though I sent 5 emails and made 1 phone call over the last week she decided after all of this to post my order anyway!!I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life!
