I recently bought a Suzuki Swift (I have been looking for a car for 6 months and finally found what I was looking for) - although it was the demo car, it had never been driven. Chris, my salesperson, was great. He was kind and helpful. My issue is not with him but with the whole Tynan Motor Group. Not 5 mins after driving my new car off the lot, I was parking it. I put the car in reverse and noticed the rear camera had been installed upside down. 2 days after that I unplugged my phone charger and whole USB port came undone. These things now have to be replaced because of shoddy manufacturing. These are things that Tynan should have checked before selling me the car. It has been a stressful and frankly annoying process. It has completely marred the experience of purchasing a new car. Tynan need to work on their qualty control. Needless to say, I probably won't be buying any more cars from the Tynan Motor Group.

Bought a Swift Sport couple days ago their staffs are so kind and helpful when I got the questions! Like a lot of new cars these days, delivery of our Jimney was longer than expected, however Chris was very good at keeping us informed, and on delivery provided a thorough handover.
