Very Helpful!!! I needed some small engine parts in a hurry. I called up on a Tuesday with part numbers of parts i required and was told they could get all the parts i needed in by Friday. Thursday morning i received a call to say parts were in. Not only that, i call some other shops to check price and availability and Cessnock Mowers & Chainsaws were half the price on the same branded products than other suppliers.When i need any more parts they will be the first ones to call.Thanks Guys.

Terrible customer service. I'd go as far to state clueless"! Telephoned to ask if they stock Chainsaw chaps. Needed a pair in a hurry. Owner stated they didn't keep any in stock as no one wants to buy them when he quotes a price. I said price wasn't an issue as I needed quality and ASAP.I asked what brands he deals with and he couldn't tell me that. What? Didn't bother to ask to take my number and call me back with names and prices. Nope. Then stated he could get them in by Tuesday next week (it was Thursday when I called). Then changed his mind to Friday (next day) when I said I needed them for the weekend after my previous paid had been damaged beyond use. Why state Tuesday then?He's just one of many retailers around Cessnock with this malaise and poor customer service attitude. Don't bother giving them business. Retailers like this deserve to go out of business and they will. I drove over to Maitland and bought from Hunter Outdoor Equipment instead."

Very rude owners,need a certain part for my ride on,phone the previous week,said come the next Monday,will have it by lunch time,arrive after lunch,do not even know what I'm talking about when I ask if my part arrived,then supply them the part# ,keep on telling me how can I have the part # I said number is on the part, treat me like I'm a fool,what do I know,sorry mate i have been in the mower business many years,your treatment of customers not acceptable.

Very happy with service of our MTD, the store is only opened 3 1/2 days a week but mower didn't take long and is back and running again

absolutly useless they said $800 + parts to fix my lawn mower only had to replace puller and reassemble carby then turned around and said they rather i go to another shop WHAT A JOKE
