We had to purchase some boxes for short term storage only. The Kennards staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us know we could return any new and used boxes and receive a credit. We did so and true to their word we got some money back. The boxes were excellent and sturdy. Would highly recommend using Kennards Self Storage Cleveland for your storage needs.

Reanna and Chris were so helpful. The storage facility is new and clean, you could live in those lock ups!!!! Security is top notch and I got a return of fee for partial month when I moved out even though I got extra discount on the unit. So convenient and great access in and outWould not go anywhere else

We found Chris and the staff at the Kennards self storage in Cleveland to be 5 + stars. They were always very helpful and nothing was a problem. We stored our van here and it was totally under cover and safe. And their 24 hr access was great. Thank you

After securing a storage unit and purchasing a shelf to fit according to the dimensions, I learnt that the sizing was just out when getting the shelf in place.The team were quick to address the issue and began to locate a more size appropriate unit. After looking at a couple of different options I settled on 1 and began moving in.The transfer and changeover process was super simple and sent to my phone.I'll say the service received was better than expected.If you are looking for somewhere to store that excess stuff"

Fantastic, friendly service! We bought our moving boxes from the Virginia store and then once we had moved house we then returned them to the Cleveland store for a partial refund. Rhianna behind the counter was awesome too.

Very satisfied with the amazing storage facility and service at Kennards Cleveland. The process was seamless and stress free. All the packing materials required were available and trolleys conveniently provided for moving boxes etc. Thank you Chris for your help in getting us set up.
