Would not recommend purchase of an ASKO oven based on my experience with their service team. I have been waiting over a month for them to come back with a spare part for repair. They are difficult to contact and when you finally speak to someone they are totally disinterested in providing any details or in providing any assistance at all

Waited on phone for half an hour with no response. Whilst waiting tried to book on line and navigate what I found to be an impossible website.This is not service.

35 minute wait to speak to someone. Off to a great start! Very pleasant staff member to speak to but no help whatsoever. Given number to external repairer and sent on my way. Out of warranty so too hard basket. Disappointing when they pride themselves on their exceptional service and product.
