This is a FIVE STAR plus business.After trying for 10 months and not being able to find any one in Melbourne that would even look at the job, I found3 Eight Australia PTY.LTD web site.As old pensioners ,we had a potential tripping hazard with our carpet in most rooms that required stretching and then steam cleaning.Rang Tony on Tues. 26th. July 2022 and job completed expertley on Saturday 30th. July 2022 by himself and his son and included removal and replacement of furniture.We are east of Melbourne and I am sure Tony would help anybody in most suburbs of Melbourne.Do not waste time with others asTony with his expert training and knowledge , along with up to date equipment is the man.The reasonable cost of this process is surely heaps cheaper than renewing carpet in the whole house and our carpet should see another ten years.

We have used Tony and his team on a number of sites now where we needed a quick response and the right equipment to help us out with disasters beyond our capabilities. Tony and his team have been great, we are happy to recommend his services!

I could not be more happy with the job Tony did for me. He arrived within the time frame specified with a lot of gear to remove a wave" in the MBR carpet. Not only did he do a great job with that but he also cleaned the dirty line the wave left behind and flattened the carpet in an adjacent passage. He included these extra two jobs in the original and reasonable quote. He worked efficiently and was very tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending 3 Eight for carpet relaying work."

I had organised an appointment with Tony. He messaged in the morning to confirm, and I replied “yes” before giving him a heads up that someone else would be greeting him at the door.He called the number of my contact at the time of the appointment but my contact didn’t pick up as he was ready to answer the door.40 minutes after the time of appointment, no sign of Tony. I call him, where I get told off for not confirming fast enough this morning and not picking up the phone and that he had a business to run. I said there was no reason for me to suddenly dishonour the engagement I had confirmed merely 35 minutes earlier, but also found it very unfair that he decided not to go through with the appointment but not say anything.There was no ownership for this lack of communication - it was put entirely on me, and I am very disappointed by this.Unfortunately not inclined to use this service, and would not recommend.

I called Tony when I flooded our house and he arrived within 45 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable with lots of experience. Went above and beyond to fix and continually check the restoration of our carpet, floorboards, walls. Definitely would recommend to anyone, it’s such a stressful time and Tony eased our minds with his professional work. Thanks again!

Tony was so professional. He took my call and was able to assist us in having the carpets re stretched the very next day. Tony arrived on time and was able to do all 4 rooms and when he finished his work it was amazing to see the difference. A very good result and would recommend Tony for all your carpet works.
