Falsely sold me the new iPhone telling me had a whole bunch of features that it doesn’t, when wanting to return the phone after it being sold to me I was told no. So I’ve been falsely advertised and basically scammed.

I went there yesterday I had trouble with my new phone they looked and told me it didn't work so they ordered me a new phone great service friendly staff and very helpful iam very happy customer

A few things here, I’ve bought a few devices from the Seaford shop and I always ask for insurance. Initially I bought an iPhone 11 and an iPad, both with insurance, after some time my iPad was damaged and I took it to make a claim with the insurance and I was told there is no insurance on it… insert disappointed customer here. At a later date I upgraded my iPhone from the 11 to the 14 pro max and I asked for insurance, after acknowledging the staff that upgraded the phone for me told me I was eligible for a “Bonus accessory pack”… a simple definition of the word bonus is a reward of some type.Upon looking at a future bill I noticed that once again there is NO insurance and that I am also paying $700 for my “bonus accessories”… at no point was I told I’ll be paying for the pack. I should have asked but I trusted their play on words.I can’t wait until this phone is paid for, I will promptly change to another network.The network coverage is lacking also.

Not sure why this store is there, as the staff are more interested in chatting with their friends and sending customers away to deal with their needs over the phone.Extremely disappointed!!!

After receiving no help from Colonnades branch and also from my car dealership, I tried Seaford Vodaphone. Gunjan was so helpful and fixed the problem with my phone that none of the other people had been able to do. She was great and so helpful and friendly.

Lady who opened the store Sunday this Morning was very polite and has got great customer service. Well Done !!
