I engaged Swanson Surveying to do a title re-establishment and pegging for land in Lucas Ballarat. I called and spoke with Luke who was informative and got his quote out to me quickly.I chose Swanson Surveying as their quote was competitive and Luke was able to get the survey completed the following week so as to not hold up my build start date.Great experience!

Deserves a 5 star review. Mr Tobias Swanson. Serious and quick reply to my enquiry. Even if he found out, I was looking for a building surveyor (for the fence), they were land surveyors. He didn't ignore my phone message and replied within 15 minutes. Also replied to my previous email on next morning when he started working. Reliable team. trustworthy.

I was totally satisfied with Swanson Surveying's work at our property. The reports were very detailed. In some aspects the detail was beyond my understanding, so I rang the office with some technical questions. I was referred to Luke who promptly answered all my questions thoroughly. At the end of the process I had learnt heaps about the issues involved, so I appreciated the Swanson staff going the extra mile for me.

Knowledgeable and professional, they walked me thru the whole project from initial survey, thru town planning and all the way to issuing titles, providing supporting professionals to get me to the end.
