When we first contacted CJ Homes - we spoke to the lovely Sharlene. She was helpful, kind and I knew straight away we had picked the right company to build our first home. Sharlene was understanding of our position as first home buyers and never made us feel like we were less than because we wanted to build within our budget. She catered for our every need and was always available anytime we had questions or needed anything clarified. She worked with us to get plan to how we wanted it. Nothing was ever too much for her. The handover from Sharlene to Caroline was seamless and we felt supported and confident the whole way through. We are now working with Jodi for our colours and we so excited to receive the same level of service we have since the beginning. We are so pleased we have decided to build with CJ homes & we are looking forward to the journey ahead of us as we start our build! I have nothing but praise for this Building Company so far. Our journey with CJ Homes began with a meeting with Adam Guy and he has worked with us closely to ensure that we have a house design that will suit our acerage block and to be a functional home that we will love. I can't say our journey has been easy or quick but we are nearly at the build stage. Everyone has been very helpful and patient with the process so far. There were times that I thought we may not get to build our dream home as we had many hurdles to jump with development and council. Adam has been very positive and encouraging throughout this initial process. I would highly recommend Adam and the team at CJ Homes if you are looking to build a unique home that suits your needs. We are looking forward to seeing our dream come to reality after nearly 2 years of waiting. I believe that if we had gone with another builder they would have deemed the process too hard and given up on the project. Highly recommended CJ Homes. A reliable builder with no hidden cost.We just moved into our beautiful home was built with CJ Homes. We are so excited and absolutely love it!!!In the beginning, we contacted Sharlene. What is she attracted us that she was very honest. As the first home buyer, we were confused. We met 5-6 times to work on our floor plan. Sharlene is very patient, super helpful and answered all our questions at any time. We had lots of ideas for the design, Sharlene always met our needs.We had some issues during the building construction, but they are all sorted. Jyri is friendly and understanding during the inspections. Although we had the handover, the team still came to fix.We are very appreciated of CJ Homes for building at the difficult time. During the Covid pandemic, CJ Homes still keep the promise of a fixed price contract with no rising price. The speed of construction was pretty much quicker than expected.We had a wonderful experience working with CJ Homes. There is no doubt highly recommended professional and good quality builder CJ Homes!!!

We wanted a home unique to us and our interests and even though we spoke to quite a few builders, none of them were able to come up with a design nor give advise that would suit us until we approached CJ Homes. Adam our consultant was able to come up with a design that we liked a lot as he listened patiently to what we really wanted and advised on the feasibility.So far the process has been going well and everyone in CJ Homes is onboard and making the process go smoothly.Will update this review as our house building process is nearing completion.

CJ Homes really put all their efforts to build your dream home. Since from the start, they are very accurate about the dates though out the process. Best custom builders so far I met. As a first home buyer I had many questions running in my mind. They answered all my questions very patiently and made all the changes as per the requirement. Totally satisfied building my dream home with CJ Homes. Reasonable and Transparent pricing. I will definitely come back to CJ homes directly for my next home too.

From the very beginning to handover CJ homes have been absolutely amazing, as first time home owners we were very nervous and confused in the process and how things work in building a new home and after speaking to several builders we spoke with Sharlene and one of the reasons why we went with CJ homes was this lady she made us feel very comfortable she was so patient, explained the process and gave me plenty of options and most importantly peace of mind which gave me the confidence to choose CJ homes, and were so glad we did throughout the journey they kept us very well informed, constant communication through phone and emails, always checking in to see if we had any questions or concerns, the entire process was very professional, easy to follow and understand and overall very happy with how things turned out. Would also like to give a special mention to Leia for her help and support during the build process.
