Today I bought a nut milk bag, which works a treat! I also bought a book on Waste Free living. This will be great to read and learn off. Also purchased were some organic bananas and pea shoots, plus cinnamon. Gift vouchers can be purchased for here also, and I used one today!

First visit yesterday. Came equipped with some take-away containers for our purchases. Wonderful reception from two helpful, friendly and very informative staff members. Ebony explained how the system worked; weighing our containers, so that we wouldn't be charged for them as well. Everything I could possibly think of was on display (and a lot I hadn't come across:). Very happy to see Cocoa butter available. A couple of items that we get from our supermarket were quite a bit pricier, but you have to make a bit of profit when you are a little more modest:). We paid for several items and came out of the shop and looked at our receipt. We could not believe how little we had paid. (We thought initially there was an error!). No mistakes; just real value and great produce; plus a 5% discount off your bill, if you become a member. Very, very happy. Thank you, Ebony (and your lovely co-worker:). Keep up the good work!

Yes yes yes. Love this place. Great selection (ended up finding my favorite tea I've been looking for for a month here) and I chatted with one of the staff for a long time and got some great tips from her. They accommodated to me not wanting to create more waste when purchasing products!

Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked shelves with huge variety gluten and dairy free plus plenty organic fresh fruit and vegetables.

Great range of products and friendly service! Their whole grain bread flour and whole Rye flour made a beautiful loaf of Sourdough.

Very friendly staff, terrific products. Lots of organic produce. Very convenient for bulk buying or when supplying your own containers. Just get your container weighed on the way in and then save money and the environment.

Fantastic array of healthy food ! Fresh produce also high quality. Excellent service. I am new in Launceston and this shop is definetely one of my favourites!

I once traveled 100km to this loved store of mine, great quality products and not unreasonable prices, but after being mistreated for not wearing a mask (with a valid exemption), I can’t bring myself to shop here anymore.

Great selection of healthy foods, but is it really necessary to charge 4 cents for each tiny paper bag that customers use? How else are we supposed to buy loose grains, raisins etc? I mean, come on guys!
