Fantastic experience with Autobarn. Jay went above and beyond with recommendations and helping me getting new roof racks. Went to get my roof racks changed as they snapped off on a 4WD track. Supercheap Auto wanted to charge me 400+ bucks including 80-100 to fit it and I would have to take of my own rooftop tent. The guys at Autobarn were incredibly helpful and happy to do it all straightaway for me, including lifting off the rooftop tent, removing old roofracks and installing the new ones with no additional charges for just over 300 bucks. Super happy, would definitely recommend.

Employee of the Year I reckon goes to Sam. Great service and advice when I intially bought my solar blanket and battery charger, thanks Karl. But even better after sales support from Sam when I had a user error with my setup. Sam was fantastic, patient and diligent in following up on several occasions with my issue and ensured it was worked out and never made it seem as though it was an inconvenience.

Stood there for 10 minute's without being served, guy walk's in and get's served immediately. Never going there again! Bad Customer Service!!

Unbeatable prices with their sales! Great product range, but (some) staff busy talking to each other instead of giving customer service, and helping. I'm sure you'll do better next time.

Our Roof racks clamps broke on evening we were leaving was about 30 mins before closing time - young bloke was a great help and was not in a rush to close either they had it in stock for our car great experience.
