I arrived on time for my nail shellac appointment & was told they were running behind & to come back in 30 minutes. I wasn't happy but went back & was told it would be another ten to twenty minutes. No Manager was available to speak to & I have always found Ella Bache to be an excellent franchise. I will not return & I didn't stay to have my nails done as I had a work dinner to attend. Incredibly disappointing.

Quick friendly service. Great atmosphere and very helpful with good knowledge. Very happy with the services I received. Carly did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Would definitely be a repeat customer if I wasn't just visiting the city as a tourist.

Service provided: leg and armpit waxPros: the lady who was performing the procedure was such a nice girl. She made me feel so comfortable. The place has nice music and aroma, very good atmosphere.Cons: the lady missed way too many large areas of hair on my legs. Unacceptable.

I had a facial here last week and while it was OK, I didn't feel like it was worth the price. Part of my treatment included a sheet mask, which felt like something I could do myself at home. Neck/shoulder massage was pretty average. I wouldn't go back.

I had the LED facial. The service was excellent and I noticed results with my skin in the next couple of days. A stubborn raised acne scar shrunk noticeably. My skin is so much better since I've been using the Detoxifying serum too.
