Outstanding service from this company!I ordered a new filter for my Zip system and in less than 24 hours it was delivered from Toowoomba to Sydney. The added bonus, I got free lollies. 100% recommend this company.

Had the pleasure of ordering a Billi water filter from Aquastream via Ebay store and wow I requested an urgent filter as my tap had stopped working and delivered OVERNIGHT!! Absolutely seamless process with free delivery and a 40sec youtube video enabled me to change the filter myself in about 5mins with the filter from Aquastream - thanks team! Saved about $400 vs getting someone in to do it for me, I will back again next year ! :)

Ordered a Billi Tap filter at 8:20am on a Thursday, it was dispatched same day at 9:30am.I received it the following morning (Friday). I live in regional NSW and the shipping was free. From Toowoomba to Wagga overnight, brilliant and fast service/shipping.

This is a great company to deal with. Very proactive in responding to queries and very quick to action an order, no matter how small. Quick delivery from them as well. Michael was very courteous and answered my technical question easily. A pity more companies are not in the same league so would highly recommend them.

As a return customer, we found the prices for our Billi filter were a good price and on special for a limited time, no hidden costs and included GST and free delivery. The product arrived the next day as advertised and included a small pack of lollies for Christmas!...a nice touch.
