Redbourne Group

The Redbourne Group is a company with a big heart. Through their technology solutions they help community-focussed organisations and NFPs to provide key services in child care, drug and alcohol counselling, police referrals - even government clients. They try and make their products as affordable as possible and make a point of understanding how their clients’ sectors work - and could work better with the right software - and build solutions for these markets. They have a large support team in Brisbane to help clients who are often not that technical and can feel alone in doing the function they do within their organisation. They are a friendly group of people, with strong loyalty to each other and their clients. It is always a pleasure to visit their office.

Awesome Staff

Their coding and development process is clearly lacking.When providing a new pincode on Harmony Web for CCS registration the frontend code breaks and you're not able to progress in changing the pin code unless you turn off javascript. Simple testing and verifying your website would have caught this glaring mistake.I suggest getting your frontend develop to invest in a course on unit testing and regression testing. Do not inconvenience parents with broken websites and be bothered to actually check your support emails and respond to address issues.

Terrible customer service. Having issues with their system not allowing two users to have the same pin. Contacted them to try and resolve. They just fobbed me off to the daycare provided when it is clearly their system issue.
