Tony helped me out with a very difficult script to get some prescription sports sunglasses, and have used them daily for training and multiple events. Really appreciate the hard work by the team at Clovelly Optical!

For more than 10 yrs I have struggled to find suitable assistance to correct my deteriorating vision. This year after finishing the first Dirty MUDgee, covered in mud, cold and wet, at the Mudgee Classic bike riding weekend, I decided to see what the Rudy Project stand had to offer. Turns out my search could be over, having spent some time discussing frames with Greg, he pointed me in the direction of Tony at Clovelly Optical. Had my first appointment last Saturday with Optometrist Minna Do who was very friendly and helpful in testing my eyes and checking my current glasses.Tony was very thorough in assisting me to select the correct frames that suited my face, for bike riding/running, this was a first for me, and showing me vision correction swim goggles. I look forward to my next appointment on seeing how the completed lenses go in the selected frames.He also informed me that he provides lenses for the inserts to Breathing Apparatus face masks that I wear as part of my PPE provided by my employer.On first impressions I'm very pleased I made the journey to Clovelly Optical

As an interstate client ordering prescription inserts for my sunglasses - Tony laid out everything for me via phone conversation and helped me with all my ordering and delivery - which was prompt making the purchase incredibly smooth and hassle free.Tony definitely went beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the product and knew how to maintenance the inserts.Incredibly impressed with the customer service and would definitely recommend!!

I had a bad experience with the chain store where you are meant to save on specs, the multi-focal lenses they prescribed were unwearable. Every time I moved my head I felt like everything was swimming in front of me, descending stairs was a nightmare. Then I went to see Robyn at Clovelly Optical, and she convinced me to try multi-focal lenses again even though I had sworn off them for life, but this time she assured me that they would be so good that I would not take them off. As a professional musician, I need really clear vision at different focal lengths, often in poor lighting. The lenses that Robyn prescribed are FANTASTIC. I tried them on in the shop and have loved them ever since. Robyn is brilliant at what she does because she really cares about people, and she simply loves optometry. She has all the latest devices for imaging your eyes, as well as a wide selection of frames, including sporting optical wear such as prescription diving lenses and ski goggles. The premises is large, light, and inviting. I'm greeted every time by a smiling assistant into a space where I feel welcomed and valued. I have been wearing glasses for forty years and my experience at Clovelly Optical is way above and beyond any other place I've been. Triple A and Five stars from me.

Tony and the Team are simply amazing.They are the only place I go to get my glasses. My script is painful however Tony gets it right 100% every time. And now I’m loving my new scripted sunnies too !!! Thank you again guys. 10 stars !!
