A server was so nice. I am not familiar with Austrailian's restaurant, but he was waiting for me and explaining things very kindly. My wife's and my bugers were also amazing. We were so happy here.

The burgers were extraordinary and well cooked. Chips were awesome and so was the place itself. Staff were very nice and quite helpful. I hope I will be eating there again soon. Great atmosphere too!

Food was brought out quickly after a bit of mucking about at the register from the cashier not knowing how to put my order through correctly. Food was nice however I felt quite sick from the coal smell from the vline train which runs adjacent to where the open restaurant is placed. Not a lot grild can do about it unless they put some barricades up to deflect this? It’s just not an environment nice for eating in unfortunately. I love grild though.

A unique Grill’d dining experience tucked away in one of Melbournes busiest transit hubs. The interior decor & general vibe of the restaurant were a treat, particularly like the caravan for ordering.You’ll find friendly staff, plenty of seating & a solid burger if Grill’d hits that particular spot for you.

Ordered on Uber Eats. They made my order and it sat there for an hour waiting for a driver. They didn't even remake my order. I had delivered after an hour and a half a freezing cold burger and chips. Not worth my money. Extremely disappointed in Grill'd and Uber eats. Leaving poor reviews on both as all parties are at fault here.

It costs me 17 dollars. My meal have never gone far like that. Does it worth? No. No. I put 3 stars because the order staff doesn’t helpful, I asked him to recommend because this was my first time. He said it is in the menu. And just watching me. I came at 8:20pm so maybe he was tired of a day. The second reason is even the food is good (not really yummy) but the price is high compare to other ASEAN dishes and KFC COMBO.I hope Grill will put combos in their menus.

The staff is nice and friendly, but I had higher expectations over their sir truffle wagyu burger. The paddie on my takeaway was burned and tasted like it. There was also not enough mayo, which made the burger dry. Quite a disappointment for what should have been one of their fancier options.

Stopped in for a bite for lunch before heading out to the airport. Friendly staff, and a delicious, filling burger. I won't need airport food after this! ☺️

Burger was nice. The female staff are excellent while the male staff left lot to be desired. I paid for avocado. The male staff was wiping the leftover avocado on the bun. Luckily the female staff showed him how to apply reasonable amount of avocado. The male staff would not even say the dip costs more while taking the order and automatically assumed I wanted medium fries when I wanted small fries.
