I recently moved back to the area thought I had found a great place for hair and beauty. Had made an appointment for the Monday the young girl on the phone clearly wasn't listening i had to repeat what I wanted to have done when I was making the appointment. When I arrived on the Monday i found she had booked me in on the Tuesday. Ellie apologized profusely to me thank you Ellie. But sadly you have lost a customer.

My wife visited this salon after being given a quote of $40 for 8 foils,on completion of this service she was charged $80. when she questioned why,she was informed that she had been given a blow wave.Well if a under 10 minute dry off without any product is classed as a $40 blow wave then hairdressing standards have certainly dropped, we only get ripped off once, will not return. Maybe next time you quote a price good business practice would be to inform a client of any extra cost.

We had our wedding makeup, tans and nails done by Emma and the team at Beauty on Q in October. They made the experience so fun and relaxing for me, my four bridesmaids and both Mums.Everything was exactly how we wanted it to be - our tans we a great tone, makeup looked natural and our shellac lasted for ever! Thanks again girls, we really appreciate all you did to make our day special x

I needed hair and makeup to be done for my sons wedding. I live 4 hours away and didn't have any idea of where to go. Any salon had no availability but suggested this place.I had to change the booking date due to Covid lockdowns and there was no problem postponing the appointment.I am so impressed with this business, the staff and the work they do. The staff listened to me and I left feeling a million dollars. Their pricing was also very pleasing.I recommended Ebony and Emma for your hair and make up needs!Thank you ladies.
