Enquired about some parts, told to go to Supercheap Auto. Um no thanks they don’t stock the car parts I’m after.Waited around at unattended reception for ages for this.What a joke.They obviously don’t care about their customers or providing a professional service.Take your business somewhere better and don’t waste your precious time with this mob.

Rubbish shop and rip off :Today at 2:43 pm, I purchased , a mirror for my partner car, a minute later I changed my mind to return it. He refused to return it, I asked why? He goes I can’t if there’s nothing wrong with it. I said: give me a copy of your policy, he actually refused and stated to me that there’s no policy and mentioned that fair trading says if there’s nothing wrong with it then I can’t return it. He was taking advantage of me because I trusted him. I was arguing with him again and again but no sense was made out of it. He denied to return it and I felt like he was brushing me off at the time. also I called later from home and he hanged up on meNote: initially the staff asked me for cash paymentI don’t recommend this business because there’s no policy displayed publicly and the high pricing.

He's Gotten a Great Itinary of Knowledge of His Wrecking Yard BUT because after Offering to Show Owners My Proper Log Books regarding my need for a Replacement Parts I ended up Getting the Correct Part BUT Different Colours That I kinda Had to Agree With when owner asked me What Parts..He was a Little Difficult Communicating with Because of his Authority as The Owner,I didn't get to go into Depths With Him,So I needed a Part got the Part Matching up BUT! Right part, Wrong Colour..I Think my 28days Guarantee us up Too

Go to car dealers much much cheaper then this people I was ask them for plastic parts they told me 55$ I went to car dealer gives me my parts for 20$brand new
