Worst customer service experience ever with STORE MANAGER TERRYPRODUCT STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME REFUND BECAUSE PRODUCT HAS DUST ON IT HAHARANG ONLINE SERVICE CENTRE ACCORDING TO THEM IT SHOULD BE REPLACED NO MATERR IF ITS DUSTY AS IT A BIN LOLSHAME ON YOU BEING A MANAGER AND REFUSING THE REFUND TERRY

Was very clean easy to find my way around the store etc staff stocking the floors etc shouldn't be talking about people when customers are nearby etc it is not a gd practise to gossip about others in public especially a store you never know who knows who

Quality of clothes seem poorer than what they used to be in years past - Thinner and poorer quality materials for what were supposed to be warm winter trackies, and the ones they had at Lowes nearby were better and cheaper as well.

Went here yesterday for a couple new clothing items, massive range. The quality of the clothing was excellent. However, to my surprise, they had mostly moved to self serve since my last visit, which was a while ago as I don’t live in the area. The lady at the self serve checkouts was very helpful.

We must of gone in at the right time because we spent up big when we found all the clearance items and clothes specials. The lady on the door was super friendly also

Ok. Purchased a microwave. Big shopping complex. Lots of different stores under one roof. Parking for big vehicles might be difficult
