Hubby & I are travelling we stopped in to get our lotto on for Sat night. When Hubby went in to do so he found the Most arrogant person hes ever come accross in a retail business, owner or retail assistant there's no excuse for ignorance in retail a business, smarten your act up Sarina newsxpress!..very very poor customer service.

We always stop in at newsXpress Sarina when we are passing through Sarina. Great array of gifts, greeting cards and always something new and different to buy. It's definitely worth the stop and so close to find right near the highway.

Every time I come into the shop I'm reminded of the very rude and arrogant male version of the worst Karen of all time. I have been in line and witnessed his arrogance been out right rude and condescending to our elderly. Get a life Karen!!!!!
