Technician was very useless. Banged on the door for half and hour and spent the rest of the time on the phone before saying he cant fix it. Charged an absorbent amount for him to come out to tell me what I already know, ended up fixing the problem our selves too! Would not recommend.

Dishtec made my life easy and the fix my broken Oven and works fine now. One call and tech will arrive right away. Good Job.

Terrible service, process didn't work waited 2 weeks to be told our quote wasn't approved. Checked my emails and I had definitely approved the job and confirmed over the phone. Rude customer service team who then tried to blame me.

Guy came to fix my dishwasher all he did was changing my 15amp cable to a 10amp which obviously didnt work. Never sent a quote for parts or anything and left. Called the company 3 times asking for the quotes or more information and they said that would get back to me in 10 minutes all times and never did.Absolutely hopeless

A company without integrity! Absolutely NO!A technician was sent to check the brand new FRANKE cooktop in my house because it takes ages to boil up a small amount of water. The technician had multiple tests with different pots and tried to boil a small amount of water. He said it should be no more than 7 minutes maximum. However, it took 12-15 minutes. It is not normal for any cooking purposes.He also stated that FRANKE was going to discontinue this product due to a lot of complaints regarding the same issue. It tells me that FRANKE already knew the problem but still sell the products to customers. He also said I could request to replace the cooktop with another type under warranty. Therefore, he went to check if the main switch support a deducted cooktop, and said it was all good to go.All of his tests and comments admitted the issues of this product during his attendance. However, he provided a totally opposite report saying that there is no problem with the cooktop after he left and then this company sent me a bill to pay the service fee . I found it is really disturbing and no integrity in the services provided.Following up: This company denied their service as the reponse below once I exposed them. It is interesting that they simply denied everything even though I have all the letters and emails with their company logo, as well as same phone number and contact from this company.It is further demonstrated that there is no integrity in this company. Absolutely NO!
