Always good guys in here to deal with.Rarely have to wait around long for service unlike the timber yard at Bunnings. Stock levels are very good for majority of things.Can usually get a car park in there or work case scenario in the street out the front

I placed an order which I needed rather urgently and spoke to them at different times regarding the product availability and delivery status. We always use Home Hardware. They are helpful, polite and knowledgable. They will go out of their way to offer advice and find what you need. So much better than the large barn style hardwares.

Avoid this shop! Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. Online purchase for in store pickup, (expensive item) received notification it was ready for pickup and for days have been trying to pickup. The store phone line rings out and I have now been there 4 occasions during times that they should be open (according to online, email conf and updated covid opening hours) and each time the gates are locked and nobody is home. So frustrating as needed it quickly. Disgraceful.
