The custom service from this company is very ignorant of their customer They can't take the time to let their customer's know what is going on You call them and leave a messenger and you wait and you wait and nothing from them Would stay as far away from this company as possible

Very rude on the phone. Asked for assistance with an elderly client wanting a washing machine repaired and was told it was ‘very cheeky’ of me to ask them to call the client to discuss the brand and their needs.Time for a new receptionist

Worst customer service I have ever had! They Had 3 attempts at fixing my washing machine and still no luck .no phone calls on when arriving or leaving just no communication at all and when you do have communication everything is your fault that why it's broken. The receptionist has no idea on how to handle customer's. reading all the reviews I'm really no sure how they are still trading!

Atrocious customer service. Have no idea if any good because they don’t return calls. Have waited a week for a call back for broken washing machine. Current product care repairer for fisher paykel, recommend others insist on other repairer.

Kathy was extremely helpful and informative. I am brand new to Gladstone and my washing machine broke. I called refridge-air and Kathy helped diagnose over the phone. The customer service was a breath of fresh air I highly recommend this company.

Don't bother, They don't return phone calls, don't turn up when said they would and then want to re arrange another time after sitting around for 2 hours. One of the Worst customer service I've seen. Any excuse not to help out..... really don't bother.
