Tallowood Boarding Lodge

I have been leaving our corgi with Tallowood a few times over the last 18 months and we are super impressed with the staff and facilities. They even sent photos via email of our little girl as she was recently there for 7 days. They really do make the effort. Peace of mind for us is important.

We recently had RAF stay at Tallowood Boarding Lodge. It was his first time away , so we were a little anxious. No need to worry !!! He had a play with a friend from the dog park, Honey, and seemed to have enjoyed the experience a lot . Would recommend Tallowood Boarding Lodge.

Milo stayed in the Hilton Suites for 3 nights, we were very worried about how he would cope as it was his first time at a boarding Lodge. I can’t praise the staff enough they really care for the animals they look after. I was given great feedback on how he coped. When we went to pick him up he was so excited to see us and looked healthy and happy. He is back home and as chatty as ever.Thank you so much ❤️

Thank you Tallowood Boarding Lodge for taking such good care of our little fur baby Molly. I thought that I would be away for only a week. Something unexpected came up and I had to extend my trip by another week. It was my first time to leave Molly at Tallowood Boarding Lodge. It was great receiving updates and photos of Molly. The staff took great care of her. Will definitely bring Molly back without any hesitation.

My dog is always well cared for at Tallowood. The carers clearly enjoy looking after their “ guests” and my little one can’t wait to join in whenever we drop her off for her holiday .

We’ve been boarding our dogs at Tallowood since it opened, and have always felt their service is excellent. They truly care for our dogs, always updating us on any anxiety issues, and funny stories the two boys get up to. Highly recommended.

We have used Tallowood a number of times now for our 2 pups as we headed up the coast and the service is amazing. The staff are lovely and thoughtful and were very flexible recently when we needed to extend the dogs stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We had regular email and photo updates and when the dogs came home I could tell they had been well looked after. Thanks so much for everything.

***WARNING*** IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG DONT SEND HERE********THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR******We booked in our dog to stay here for a full 7 days. We pulled him out after day 2. This company lies on their website about what services they provide for your dogs stay. The facilities are filthy, its noisy, our dog stunk so bad, it was like a sauna where they are kept, they are put into prison style cages with tiny canvas beds, our dog left with a untreated eye infections and a chunk of fur missing from his paw.The customer service is terrible. On arrival the lady manning the front desk just ignores you and stares at pictures of cats, they don't invite you to look at the place before check in (We now know why), Booked in for 7 days pulled our dog out at 2 so they refused to pay out any refund (Had to fight to get it, took over 8 weeks for them to pay agreed $100 of our $350 even though our dog was there for 1/4 the time), they keep coming up with garbage that we had to wait for management in Sydney to get back with answer (ABN lookup and no Sydney rego, pretty suss), even though agreed they still wouldn't pay refund until threat to take them to Fair Trading (That day surprise, surprise refund paid, so so so dodgy).This company needs to take a course in business ethics and customer serviceAGAIN IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOGS DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. THERE WEBSITE IS A CON AND FULL OF FALSE ADVERTISING. DOGS IN THE COUNCIL POUND ARE TREATED BETTER

Our two fluff kids get excited when the go to Tallowood. Staff seem to genuinely care for the animals. They are our preferred choice
