Their Johnny Cash and Sicilian sausages are the best ! The owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here for our bbq supply next time we visit Pemberton.

Bought the plum pork loin chops & Sicilian sausages. Pork loin chops were solid and incredibility well valued. Sicilian sausages were absolutely amazing, some of the sausages I've ever had, full stop.Definitely recommend, a step up from the local butchers of other southern WA towns.
