Really nicely laid out and wonderful selection but not enough staff on the tills. Be prepared to stand in a long queue!

Great selection of Japanese snacks (surprised as some are snacks only exclusively sold at Japanese seven eleven convenience stores).Important thing to take in to consideration is that the 賞味期限(the date until the food tastes good) is very short (usually within one month).Update: the reason for 3 stars is ultimately the long queue, due to lack of cashiers. Thus there’s always a long line, which I would like resolved. For the expiration date, I was talking about gummies and instant noodles, which usually have a very long time span before expiration when you buy it at other shops or in their native country.

This supermarket has offered many stuff that woolies, coles and other asian marts do not have. I cant believe I can find galangal and pandan leaves without going to sunnybank. There's wide selection of cooking spices too. Highly recommend to come here to do your asian grocery shopping.

I wish to commend the management for such a well displayed supermarketIt is pleasurable to shop at Fresco Toowong. So spacious and clean and the perishables (the greens) constantly misted and kept fresh.The introduction of a selection of freshly cooked meals for taking awayIs such a smart marketing way of using up stock within.Thank you for providing Toowong Dwellers the availability of our daily nutritional needs at affordable prices and of good quality!!!

Duty managers extremely rude and do not respect customers. Tried this new store 3 times and every time a leader/manager has been on the floor giving staff instructions and huffing and verbally frowning when customers come down their aisle. They don’t move either. Also on my way to the checkout and a leader/manager was trying to give their checkout staff instructions and got upset at me, the customer for wanting to buy something. Never going back. Much better options in this centre.

This is undoubtedly the finest Asian supermarket I have ever visited in the urban suburbs of Brisbane. The diversity of products available here is unparalleled. Moreover, the prices are significantly more reasonable than those at Coles and Woolworths. The supermarket has its own membership points program, comparable to Flybuys and Everyday Rewards. Simply inquire at the front desk, and they will guide you through the registration process. However, I didn't award this store five stars because they lack self-checkout machines, and some of their shelves are still empty. Finally, to my dismay, I couldn't locate Fuzhou fish balls.
