Pro Paws have been great! I had to arrange doggy daycare for my 6 month old Cavoodle at the very last minute and was worried as I’d never used a service like this before. Pro Paws were able to fit us in without a problem and accomodate an earlier pickup to suit my work schedule. Such a convenient service with the pickup and drop off and I could tell my dog enjoyed it as he was eager to go back on the second day!

Didn't get to use their service because they were unresponsive. Contacted them two weeks ago, said they'd get back to me but never did. Guess they aren't taking on new jobs.

Propaws have been walking my two cavoodles every day, Monday to Friday, for many years. My dogs are always excited to be picked up, and happy when they are returned home. All the staff are very caring, and show a genuine interest in my dogs' welfare. Several friends and neighbours in the Ryde area use this well-established and highly reputable business. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their pooches walked professionally.

I have not used Pro Paws and never will after seeing how they look after the dogs they take to my local park. On multiple occasions I have seen 10+ dogs being are held in cages in the back of a van, only be be brought out 4 at a time for 10-15 minutes of freedom. When switching out the dogs, you can hear them all barking and howling to get out. I once questioned the walker about this and they got very defensive, snapping back with the excuse of the van is air conditioned". Once in the park the walkers will take photos of the dogs (presumably to send to the owners)

My dog Chifley gets walked weekly, and has done so for about the past 4-5 months I have also found Pro Paws to be flexible, and passionate about the dogs. They only have a max of 4 dogs on a group walk at any given time and Chifley has improved so much since going on the walks. Her confidence has improved and she no longer clings to me at the park. The convenience of having her picked up and dropped off as well only adds to the experience. Could not recommend them enough.

My husband and I would like to send a huge Thank you to the Pro Paws girls for looking after our two dogs for the past 3 years, we are retiring so have no need for their services any more. It was great to see the dogs excited to go to the park every week and to see them happily interact with the girls whom they came to know very well.

I write to thank Pro Paws (Melissa and her team) for the 'top notch' doggy services. My 3 cavoodles love Melissa's training techniques and in particular, they love the doggy walks. I can tell they really enjoy the outings because they are raring to go each and every time. Also, thank you for taking excellent care of my 'fur babies' and for taking into account 'their needs and best interests'. I highly recommend using this professional and caring dog service.

Melissa & Paula came to our rescue when our dog suffered separation anxiety. They were so helpful and accomodated Scooter even though he was not that easy on the first day.
