Highly recommended this place! Wonderful instructor who assists and guides all levels through the pilates journey. Best classes to help with injury recovery too. I'm addicted!

I have recently started pilates after suffering some back and neck injuries. I have nothing but praise for Julie. The studio is so welcoming and I feel very well looked after, lots of care and modifications are made to cater for me. 100% recommend!

Highly recommend Soul Pilates! It’s My first time trying Pilates and Julie is such an amazing teacher and very kind! Very supportive fun atmosphere! 4 session in and I’m hooked!!
