I’ll never ever shop with you ever again. You have zero customer service skills and have outright refused to rectify an issue caused by your staff. I live in a rural area hundreds of kilometres from a store. When on holiday, I purchased a pair of shoes and your team members put the wrong size into the bag. I did not realise this until I returned home. Numerous calls to your help desk have been a total waste of time as the only solution you are able to give me is to travel 600km to the store that I purchased them from to fix the issue that was the fault of your staff. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m now left with a pair of shoes too big to wear and I have no shops nearby to browse for a new pair. Without customers you have no business. Sort it out, have some compassion for the customers who are paying your bills. I ,nor anyone else close to me, will ever visit any of your stores or online sites ever again. And hopefully this review will help some other potential customers make the same decision.

Refused to return or exchange pair of shoes purchased online. Shoes were too small and didn’t fit (I couldn’t even get them on my feet) yet was accused of wearing them before coming in to return them. Absolute joke. Rude staff, poor customer service.

Their customer awareness is extremely lacking. Yet can huddle down the back for a laugh. Not the first time this has happened either. Really disappointing.

I had read some of the previous reviews and was a little concerned about shopping there but...I can honestly say it was outstanding. I was greeted by staff on entry. I was helped with advice on sneaker style and sizes and they double checked that both shoes were the correct size before paying. Excellent service. Not to mention the carry bags are free not like other stores that want to charge you to carry their products out.Just goes to show what a difference good staff and customer service makes.

Refused exchange as received Christmas gift and , just wanted different size. Will shop elsewhere next time . Had rags, not worn.

I came in Thursday night. So many kid employees mucking around doing nothing. Asked one of them if the sizes 8-12 socks fit a size 11 comfortably. They said yes with certainty. I get home, try on one sock in a freshly showered foot and it doesn't fit. I brought the pack back within 2 days, in new condition, and tell the cashier that I was told they would fit easily. She said there's nothing they could do. She blames Nike and doesn't care at all that her co-workers said they would (wrong information, breach of ACCC). I can't tell enough people not to shop with this backwards chain. They need to train all their employees better, especially if they want to hire mostly young people.Also,the store has some nice things but most items for sale are over-priced

Terrible service had to contact them 3 times for my refund finally they done it almost 4 weeks later. They charge u $6 postage and if you need to return the shoes they charge you $14.Terrible
