Came into the the store and spent less than 5 mins. Was ok but nothing popped out or caught my eye. No greeting whatsoever when I entered. Not a lot of items on special so unless your happy to pay full price, nothing enticing.

Good stock and selection however customer service today was shocking.Especially went to try get a Nike next nature shoes as a gift for someone who didn't want any animal products.Young guy told me twice he thought" the white ones would be right . I explained it was important that they were all synthetic and then found product code on JD website myself and asked him to check. He then lied and said yes it was. When I asked him to show me he fumbled then said he actually couldn't see a code. I have no problem with someone not knowing. However do not lie .Got the shoes in end however poor experience."

Very poor customer service. I went to buy a shoe and requested for the size which took them at least 10 minutes . As far as I know they forgot about it. I asked her again and said they don’t have the size. Then I ordered online then proceed to checkout. She made a mistake on payment she charged me $40 less then took more time there as well Finally I paid for 2 shoes and I asked for manager. She said she is the manager. what a shame. And one more thing for express delivery one of the staff said $5 dollar and the manager told me $10 dollar.

Not happy.. got home only to find out they pass demo/floor model shoes as new. I want a new pair of shoes! not 1 new shoe and 1 with who knows how many feet jammed in there! Now I have to travel back into the city for a refund....

Poor service. Requested a size 7 shoe took 15mins to bring the shoe out. In the meantime we tried a 9 was too big the girl said we should try a 8.5 I said do you have that size she said no.

I bought air Jordan shows just 7 weeks ago then after 5 times wearing the left side stitches started losing when I dropped to the store about the warranty manager said Beacuse it's under $200 there is no warranty just wear and tearReally how can be?? Well known brand showes after 5 times us faulty and manager saying it's just normal wear and tear and when I asked keep it till I contact head office i dont want to take it she dropped the shoes to the bin right infront of my eyes .How thus company operates with such a poor service and horrible management attitude

Worst experience ever, poor customer service they so desperate to sell shoes but worry less about return customers they would've made more money if they put customers first. Bought shoes wrong size went back with receipt few mins later one guy tried to help then another guy jumped in who was helping someone else an said nah can't help ya no box. But the guy I bought it from placed the box under the counter. Anyways I just wanted the right size. Never going back there and will post on social as well. When we spend our hard earned money at least help us get the right size. Basically you guys just threw my $100 away since I can't do anything with this wrong size shoe haha Anyways hope they change and actually put customers first.

I bought the shoes today and I ask a staff in there to get my size, he took 1 shoes in the box for me to try not even in a pair shoes. After that, I am going to pay for the shoes. I already paid for my shoes and the manager said I didn’t pay it. How can I didn’t pay it and lost my money in my bank account. Anyway the staffs are not nice. I am not stupid when someone try to take my money for the business. I feel very angry. I will make complain at the bank on Monday.

Used to have a lot of good deals and each time I go in the staff were helpful. Now there are less deals and when I asked about the availability of an item, one girl replied, Sorry I don't know." She then walked away! Surely the staff can do better than that.."
