The best part is you can visit their gallery before signing contact so you know what you going to be paying for. We feel like we are very happy with our decision and we received same level of service through to handover.

I recently build my house with Sakoon Homes and they provided the excellent service.They worked closely with us to customise the whole floor plan and design to suit the way we wanted. All of the staff members including sales team and the site supervisor supported and helped us throughout the whole build process.There were few hick-ups due to the covid situation and delays in material and labour which were understandable but they made it assure not to compromise with the quality and handed over our house within the promised time frame.I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend to all my family and friends and whoever is looking to build their dream house.Thanks!

I have built my dream home through Sakoon Homes recently and had an excellent experience throughout the process. Parry was extremely helpful with the costing and the planning stage. We did have a few hiccups due to supply chain disruptions but the Sakoon Homes team handed that pretty well and completed my house within the promised timeframe. I am very thankful to the whole Sakoon Homes team and will recommend everyone looking to build a Custom House to have a world with Sakoon Homes and Parry will look after the rest.

Super happy with the build. They created my dream home and they kept the site at all stages clean! Sakoon Homes were easy to deal and work with and I found them super helpful. Been in the house now for a 2 Years and barely finding any faults within the house.

Ours is a custom design home and Parry is very knowledgeable and his willingness to go the extra mile by spending hours with us going through the layout, selections and inclusions and giving us every single detail has been outstanding. He made the whole process easier for us and he would not leave any stone unturned to ensure we were happy with the final layout.Our builder Rajender is extremely passionate about his work and ensured everything was flawless. He was very prompt in responding back every time we have some doubt. His passion and understanding of his client’s style & requirements sets him apart from any builder I have ever met.Post-handover maintenance services are superb and a big thanks to Manny for always being very prompt and supportive. He has been very dependable and always have solution for any glitches. He is always available to answer all the questions and made sure we had the best outcome.Our house looks great, and we have tremendous peace of mind for years to come. We would highly recommend Sakoon Homes as the personalized and professional service that’s been provided so far has been outstanding and I doubt anyone would get this type of service from a large volume builder.

They will listen and work with you when you are about to sign the contract. Very understanding in the beginning but when you need any help after you are settle in the home good luck getting anything done from them . You literally have to beg them to send someone to fix the issues. They will ignore you first for two three months and then do their best to try to blame on you by finding some loopholes . My suggestion if you don’t care about after service go build with them otherwise avoid.
