As photographer, I get to work with a broad range of venues and see a number of the intricate behind the scenes details that go into ensuring a wedding day runs smoothly. It was such a blast shooting a wedding at the Lakehouse. The sunset over the lake is truly stunning. There are many option for bridal portraits in and around the venue. The team were incredibly professional and lovely to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone considering holding their wedding there.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Stephanie, Pauline and Sarah, and the rest of the fantastic team at The Lakehouse who made everything so incredibly easy and fun for my couple's wedding last week! As a Celebrant and Wedding MC, it’s so refreshing to work with a friendly and professional team, making everything flow effortlessly for everyone involved. The Lakehouse is an incredible venue! I highly recommend as a fabulous venue for your ceremony and reception!

Wonderful venue, great food and great staff. Stephanie the Functions Manager and her team are fantastic. Our wedding day was planned to perfection and we have a wonderful night. The room came alive when decorated by her team, they were accommodating to all requests and everything ran smoothly. I cant thank or recommend enough. A fabulous wine list and great food were on offer as well. Thank you for making our day so special!

We had our wedding at The Lakehouse in October 2022 - even though the weather didn't shine the expertise with which the wet weather option came into play was fantastic and completely stress-free to us. The venue is beautiful and perfect for weddings. The service provided on the day/night was faultless, food was amazing and plenty of it. Stephanie was a fantastic and a calm Function Manager for our special day the entire journey, even with a 12 mth postponement. I would recommend Stephanie and her team for anyone with a special event. Thank you, John and Sue.

I hosted my book launch at The Lakehouse and from the initial enquiry all the way through to the event, the staff went above and beyond.Our event coordinator worked with me to design a bespoke room setup and provided solutions for all of the elements I wished to include.The food on the night was superb and staff were friendly.I highly recommend the Lakehouse

We got Married this month and Stephanie and the team at the Lake House creating my absolute dream wedding. From the planning before and keeping me calm (with a plan B for rain) to my wedding day, the ceremony and reception was breathtaking and all 100 guest were stoked with the food, service and the space that was provided with the pre drinks over at the Brightwater. I would give a 10/10 and continue to recommend Stephanie’s expertise. Every little detail did not get unnoticed.The venue itself without added decor is stunning!!Mel & Luke x

Attended a private book launch function where canape's were served. 99% of these were unappealing due to no salt/spices making them tasteless. The salmon, the Samoa's, the pork belly had far too much chilli and the chicken was all batter. Staff on handing these around only served some at the same table several times and had to be asked to come back and offer to the person/s that were forgotten. Not good enough for a supposedly high class function venue.
