Ben is an amazingly knowledgeable Physio. He is very efficient in treating you and will be focussing on multiple body parts at once with a mix of cupping, dry needling and manual therapy. I definitely recommend Ben, he will also supply you with a program to help recover/rehab/strengthen your body.

I started seeing Ben about 8 months ago when I started suffering from agonising shoulder pain (rotator cuff). Ben has patiently and consistently helped me claw my way back into the gym and I'm almost back to 100% again. Could not have done it without him. Thanks mate!!

Had a 5 star experience at Humphris Health with Ben. After years of back pain and progressive leg numbness I went to Ben desperate for help. After the first appointment Ben gave me a customised exercise program to help strengthen and increase mobility where required to reduce pain, and in only a few additional sessions has alleviated the majority of the pain I've been having. Not only that, he actively talks through the issues you're experiencing and explains why they are happening and the science behind it, so you leave each session educated on how your body is operating. Additionally, Ben advised me on at-home longer term solutions I could do myself, which have helped drastically, and because of this I don't need to book in for regular appointments anymore. After having average experiences with other practitioners, I can honestly say I did not expect to have progressed so much in such a short amount of time and could not be happier, or rate Ben and the team at Humphris Health more highly!

I’ve been seeing Ben from Humphris Health regularly for nearly two years now. Initially, I consulted with him to resolve ongoing lower back pain, but with regular physical therapy using several different methods, along with being compliant with the corrective exercises he prescribed, Ben has been able to manage and alleviate most of my symptoms! Lower back pain is no longer an issue. Working as a busy Registered Nurse/Midwife and Personal Trainer, who also trains and competes as a Professional Bikini Athlete, my physical health and longevity in the gym is very important to me, yet I feel completely comfortable putting that trust in Ben.Aside from being an exceptionally skilled practitioner, Ben is also very professional, empathetic and easy to communicate with. He continuously goes above and beyond for all his clients by ensuring they get into the appointments which suit them best, are referred to an external healthcare practitioner if appropriate, and followed up after having treatment.
