I have ordered Pendent lights and it has been 12 days since I ordered I didn't get anything. I got an email saying that item has been shipped and when I track the order I get to know from the tracking status that 'Parcel is not ready'. So I tried to call on given number available on website but it couldn't connect. Tried to contact them through chat and got replay that it's a mistake by the courier company and it will be picked up soon. Since then I have been asking them about the status of the parcel but not getting proper reply. Just getting the answer that courier company didn't come to pick it up. I also ask them to send it via another courier company but no reply to that as well.

This is what online shopping should be like! It was easy, delivery is free and goods were delivered on the 3rd day after ordering. I am impressed. Products were as described and I will definitely shop here again.
